Filled with original photographs and portraits taken in the artists' own studios during their working moments, this large-format coffee-table book is both an artistic document and a collectible object.
A journey that begins with Naile Akıncı, born in 1923, visits the studios of leading figures who have shaped the history of Turkish art — Adnan Çoker, Mehmet Güleryüz, Özdemir Altan, Neşe Erdok, Bedri Baykam, Zerrin Tekindor and others.
Every page, captured through Cumhur Kaplan's viewfinder, becomes a window onto the artist's personal world — carefully attentive to space, light, spirit, and the moments of creation.
The book is bilingual, prepared in both Turkish and English.
