Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer within the scope of the purchase made by the buyer at cumhurkaplan.com.tr, under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Product / Service

The name, type, quantity and price of the product are stated in the order summary and pre-information form.

Delivery

Physical products are delivered by courier. Delivery time is 3-7 business days domestically and 10-21 business days internationally. Digital products are delivered by email after purchase confirmation.

Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. The right of withdrawal expires for digital content once delivery/access is provided (provided the consumer's explicit consent has been obtained). The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom orders and signed prints.

Payment

Payment is made via bank transfer/EFT or the payment method determined by the seller. Payment gateway integration is in preparation.

Disputes

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction for disputes between the parties. Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee for complaints.
