Shipping

Physical products are shipped via reliable courier companies.

Domestic delivery: 3-7 business days.

International delivery: 10-21 business days.

Shipping Fee

Shipping fee is communicated separately at the order stage. Domestic standard shipping rates vary; international shipping is calculated by country and weight.

Insurance

Insured shipping is applied for valuable physical artworks and limited prints.

In case of damaged or lost shipment, the seller initiates the insurance process and informs the buyer.

Fragile Items

Products marked as fragile or sensitive are shipped with special packaging. An additional packaging fee may apply.

Tracking

After shipping, the tracking number is sent by email.

Liability

In case of damaged delivery, photographic notification must be made within 7 days. The courier's liability is limited to the insurance coverage.
