Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
Return Conditions
The product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
For damaged deliveries, photographic notification must be made within 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, signed or numbered limited edition products.
Digital content is not eligible for return after delivery/access (provided the consumer's explicit consent has been obtained).
Products with opened packaging that have been used.
Return Process
Notify your return request to cumhurkaplan@gmail.com.
After approval, ship the product (shipping costs borne by the buyer, by the seller in case of damage).
The return amount will be refunded within 14 business days after product delivery.
