License Type

The purchased digital product is covered by a personal use license. Commercial use, resale or sharing with third parties is explicitly prohibited unless otherwise specified by special agreement.

Download Limit and Validity

A download link is sent by email after purchase confirmation.

Default download limit is 3 times, link validity is 30 days.

These limits apply unless otherwise stated on the product page.

All digital content belongs to Cumhur Kaplan. Purchase does not constitute transfer of copyright. Separate permission must be obtained for publication, press or commercial use.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires once access to the download link is provided for digital products. This is explicitly confirmed before purchase.
